Our head co-ordinator and her staff has co-ordinated over 1600 weddings in the past 10 years. She trained with the Association for Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC) and is able to coordinate, direct and be responsible for all aspects of the ceremony and reception. Planning a Legal Ceremony in Mexico

To plan a simple ceremony there must be at least one to two working days for preparations prior to your wedding day. The Laws of Mexico and the State of Baja California require that both applicants for a legal marriage license provide valid passports and birth certificates, tourist visas received on the plane, and four (4) witnesses aged 18 years or older. We can provide witnesses if needed. You must have blood tests taken in Los Cabos and have the ceremony performed by a Mexican judge. If either party has been divorced, please submit the page from the divorce decree that shows the date of the final decree and both signatures. A legal wedding in Mexico is legal anywhere in the world. Our consultants have experience coordinating Catholic, Mexican, and non-denominational weddings.
Confirmation and reservations will be established once we have received the initial non-refundable deposit of $200 US which will be applied to the total wedding costs. Once the contract is completed and signed the planning begins. The coordination fee is determined based on the size of the wedding event and the services we provide.
